Payment Process !

Important Information: 1. All items we sell can be custom made in your choice of size and colors. 2. Most items are hand crafted and colored in small
patches thus color you see on the web may not be exactly same as what you get. Remember that these are EXCLUSIVE, HAND-DYED , and some variation in color, intensity, shade and mixing is inevitable. All items we have are to be dry cleaned only.
The merchandise that we carry comes in a variety of
colors and materials that cannot always be exactly
replicated on every computer monitor. The photographs are intended as a general guide only. While every effort is made to ensure that the threads conform to the
colors
indicated.., NO REFUNDS will be given for threads which do not correspond exactly to the
colors shown. 3. Orders are accepted subject to our final confirmation. 4. Under no circumstance is our
liability more than the purchase price of the
merchandise itself.
Return Policy: 5. We will gladly refund the Cost of
Merchandise (excluding Shipping/Handling charges) if
you are not satisfied with the merchandise provided
the merchandise is returned to us within 3 days of
receipt of shipment in original condition. All Merchandise need to be returned
back to our Crown Point Indiana Office address. A 15% Restocking Fee
may be applicable on returns. Above does not apply to any Custom made items which
are Non-Returnable. Privacy Policy: Any information that you give us is strictly used just to fulfill the order. WE DO NOT SELL OR GIVE OUT any info you provide us to any one outside of our company.
Minimum Quantity

Depends from item to item, but minimum order amounting to US$
200 for Courier shipment, $ 10000.00 for Sea and $1000 Air
shipment. Click on a product image for a larger view. To
purchase product(s), click 'add to cart'. When the correct
number of items that you want to purchase is in your basket,
simply click 'CheckOut'. Minimum quantity is first shown by default per product when you
click add to cart, you can increase it according to your
requirements.
Shipping/Handling Policy: All
products are sold FOB our place and Shipping charges
are added based on how the order is to be shipped.
All shipping charges are advised to you before goods
are shipped. All orders are shipped from India and usually take a
week for manufacturing, and 5-7 working days for
UPS/Courier/Air Freight.
Certain items are kept in stock and for those items
, the shipping time is reduced. If you use a
particular item often , let us know and we can hold
some stock for your future orders. Most Tassel & Trim sample orders will be shipped
by Courier ( UPS Air or Air or Equivalent) and
orders more than 100kgs will be shipped by
Airfreight/ FedEx (Air Canada or Equivalent). Air freight orders will need customs clearance and
we advise contacting a customs broker for the
filling of an "Informal " Entry. Air Freight charges are usually about 25-30% of the
order and courier.
After your order is received by us we will calculate the Freight
charges and get back to you within 24 Hours. |
